New Sandwiches On The Menu

I would like to share with you these new sandwiches that I have conceptualized for our new menu. Actually, there are five new sandwiches but I have only prepared two from among the five to share in this blog. Why the sudden addition the the menu you may ask?  For the past three years, we have been serving the same sandwiches to our diners so management have decided to come up with new offerings from the existing menu.

With the use of creativity and a little culinary flair,I just focused on the sandwiches  on our present menu and just added a few twists to make this old dish something novel.  Like the regular tuna sandwich which now comes in long baguette bread topped with generous tomato slices and some chopped celery leaves. The second sandwich is a Mediterranean Sub Sandwich composed of rich slices of grilled marinated prime beef with some caramelized sweet onions and peppers with melted mozzarella cheese. This goes well with fresh potato chips with your choice of dip : tartar or mayo garlic.

This new addition to the menu is really something to look forward to. For a cozy ambiance and a steaming cup of freshly brewed coffee or fresh fruit smoothies and juices , a hearty  and delicious sandwich would be perfect!
